Responsibilities

As a Cashier, you will be a key member of our front-of-house staff, ensuring every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Processing Customer Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit, and other payment methods for dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide prompt, courteous service at all times.
• Order Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure orders are entered correctly and delivered efficiently.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the cashier station, counter area, and nearby seating spotless and organized throughout your shift.
• Balancing Registers: Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve minor complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Following Procedures: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards as set by the restaurant and local authorities.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Prior Restaurant Experience: Demonstrated experience in a cashier or customer-facing role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Valid Visa: Candidates must currently possess their own visa and be eligible to work in the UAE.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to process transactions accurately and spot discrepancies quickly.
• Customer-Focused Attitude: A friendly, patient, and approachable personality, dedicated to creating a welcoming environment.
• Ability to Multitask: Comfortable working under pressure, especially during busy hours, without sacrificing accuracy or service quality.
