Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Accurately tracking and maintaining stock levels to ensure all items are properly accounted for.
• Stock Organization: Arranging and categorizing products in the warehouse for easy access and retrieval, optimizing space and workflow.
• Receiving and Dispatching Goods: Checking incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, as well as preparing outgoing shipments according to company standards.
• Record Keeping: Updating inventory management systems and maintaining clear, organized records of all warehouse transactions.
• Warehouse Upkeep: Ensuring the warehouse is clean, orderly, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate warehouse activities and resolve any operational challenges.
• Reporting: Communicating any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to relevant team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: Recent graduate with a degree, diploma, or certification relevant to warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Urdu, enabling clear communication with a diverse team and suppliers.
• Visa Status: Candidates must have their own valid visa and be eligible to work in the UAE.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy in managing inventory and records.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform moderate physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing stock as required.
• Motivation: A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally within the company.
