About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever imagined what it’s like to steer a legacy fragrance brand through its next big chapter? As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Alamal Fragrance Company, you’ll do just that. In this pivotal role, you’ll guide a multifaceted team, set an ambitious course, and help shape the sensory experiences of customers across the UAE (and beyond). If you’re passionate about taking businesses to new heights—and have a nose for opportunity—this might just be your perfect next step.

About Alamal Fragrance Company

Founded at the crossroads of tradition and innovation, Alamal Fragrance Company blends the art of perfumery with cutting-edge practices. Our team is fiercely proud of our UAE roots and equally focused on global aspirations. Walk through our production floors and you’ll find artisan blenders working side-by-side with logistics whizzes, each with a story about their favorite scent or a memory tied to a classic incense. We’re big believers in collaboration—Friday demo days are practically a ritual, and every voice (from tenured experts to fresh faces) shapes the products we bring to market. Growth is in our DNA, but so is an unwavering commitment to quality and community.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set the strategic vision for the company, ensuring every department pulls together toward ambitious, but achievable, goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction—from production to sales.
  • Drive business development and expansion efforts, identifying new market opportunities and partnerships locally and internationally.
  • Lead and empower a cross-functional leadership team, fostering open communication, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adapting the business strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Champion innovation in products and processes, inviting creative input from all corners of the organization.
  • Uphold and cultivate our company culture, balancing tradition with bold, forward-thinking leadership.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven executive or senior leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, trading, or FMCG sectors.
  • Deep understanding of business development, operations, and financial management.
  • Strong track record of guiding organizations through periods of significant growth or transformation.
  • Inspirational communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in the fragrance, personal care, or luxury goods industry.
  • Familiarity with the UAE/GCC business environment, regulatory landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an added bonus.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive executive compensation, plus performance bonuses that reward vision and drive.
  • Supportive, tight-knit leadership team with a passion for excellence and collaboration.
  • Opportunities to influence product innovation and leave your mark on a respected brand.
  • Hybrid working model—enjoy flexibility, with a strong in-person culture for creative brainstorming.
