About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to make a real, visible impact on the spaces people live, work, and gather in? At Copesta Interior Design, we’re looking for a skilled Technician for Ceramics Installation to help bring our clients’ visions to life across the Emirates. If you have at least two years of installation experience here in the UAE and are ready for your next big project, we’d love to chat — especially if you’re seeking immediate, hands-on work in a welcoming, professional environment.

Our team is a close-knit group: quick with coffee, creative with solutions, and relentless when it comes to making every project shine. You’ll find we strike a balance between taking pride in tradition and getting excited about the newest approaches in interiors. And yes, our lunch breaks are almost as lively as our client presentations.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Communicate clearly with teammates and site supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize safety
- Troubleshoot on the fly when unexpected issues arise — you know, when that angle just isn’t what the blueprint says
- Maintain tools and workspace, keeping everything organized and ready for the next project
- Uphold the company’s commitment to timelines and quality, even when the schedule gets challenging
