About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Do you thrive when turning raw materials into sleek, functional masterpieces? As a Stainless Steel Kitchen Fabricator with us here in the UAE, you'll get hands-on in shaping top-tier kitchen environments for restaurants, hotels, and homes alike. We’re searching for that rare craftsman who loves a challenge — someone who understands that every weld and polished seam can make all the difference in a chef’s workspace. If you’re ready for a role where your skills are truly valued and you can see the tangible results of your effort, this might be just the place for you.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit kitchen manufacturing team with a genuine love for what we do — and it shows in every project. Based in the heart of the UAE’s thriving hospitality scene, our company is built on precision, pride, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You’ll find us swapping stories over strong coffee before a big install or celebrating creative solutions after a long week. We believe in open communication, keeping safety at the forefront, and never cutting corners (unless we’re cutting stainless steel, of course). In short: we work hard, support one another, and take satisfaction in every kitchen we help bring to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reading and interpreting detailed fabrication drawings to bring custom kitchen designs into reality
  • Measuring, cutting, bending, and shaping SS 304 stainless steel sheet and tubing for perfect fit and finish
  • Welding components using TIG and MIG techniques, ensuring every seam is robust and visually appealing
  • Assembling and fitting sinks, countertops, cabinets, and other kitchen equipment in the workshop and on-site
  • Installing completed kitchen units at client locations—sometimes after hours, occasionally under pressure, always with pride
  • Maintaining your tools and workspace, and helping your teammates do the same
  • Collaborating with designers, project managers, and fellow fabricators to troubleshoot challenges and deliver on our promises
  • Strictly following health and safety practices, whether you’re in the workshop or onsite at a bustling hotel kitchen

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in stainless steel kitchen fabrication
  • Practical knowledge of SS 304 — you know its quirks and qualities inside and out
  • Skilled in precise cutting, expert welding, careful assembling, and confident installation
  • Able to shift effortlessly between workshop tasks and site installations
  • Reliability, good communication, and a genuine team-player attitude
  • Hardworking and committed, even when the deadlines feel tight

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen standards and local UAE regulations
  • Basic ability to read and understand English technical documentation
  • Creativity in solving installation or fabrication hiccups on the fly

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary that reflects your experience and skill
  • Overtime pay and performance-based incentives — we notice your hard work
  • Opportunities to upskill or specialize further: welding certs, equipment training, and more
  • Work on a variety of high-profile and challenging projects in restaurants, hotels, and more
  • Supportive team culture, where your input is valued and creative problem-solving is celebrated
  • Safe, modern workshop environment with all the right tools
  • Paid annual leave and public holidays — we want you refreshed, not burnt out
  • Potential for career growth as we continue to expand our reach in the UAE

In short: this is more than just a fabricator job — it’s a place to take pride in your craft, be part of a team that has your back, and build kitchens that are as beautiful as they are functional.
