What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the selection, testing, and approval of raw materials used in block and interlock production
- Collaborating closely with production supervisors to monitor and maintain quality standards on the factory floor
- Assisting with the development and refinement of mix designs to optimize strength, durability, and cost-efficiency
- Conducting routine inspections and laboratory testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Preparing clear, concise reports on material performance and quality control findings
- Supporting process improvements to reduce waste and enhance overall productivity
- Learning from senior engineers and participating in ongoing training sessions to build your expertise
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field (recent graduates encouraged!)
- Strong interest in materials science and construction manufacturing processes
- Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to work in a factory environment and collaborate with a diverse team
- Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
