About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to help shape the skyline of Ras Al-Khaimah? Here’s your chance. We’re looking for skilled hands and sharp minds to join our construction team across several active sites in Seih Al Bana, Feleya, and Rifaa. Whether you’re a seasoned tradesperson or know your way around a job site, this project offers a real opportunity to make your mark — and grow right along with us.
About the Company
We’re not just building structures — we’re building a team that feels like family. Our crew is known for rolling up their sleeves and getting things done, but we also believe in looking out for each other, sharing a laugh at lunch, and celebrating milestones (big and small). As a company in growth mode, we value reliability, respect, and a willingness to pitch in wherever help is needed. Around here, your ideas matter, and your work is truly seen.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your specialty, your day might look a little different — but everyone plays a crucial role in bringing the project to life. Here’s what you can expect:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems if you’re our next AC Technician.
- Laying tiles with precision in kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas for our Tile Workers.
- Handling plumbing installations and troubleshooting leaks to keep everything flowing smoothly.
- Wiring up electrical systems, testing circuits, and ensuring safety compliance as an Electrician.
- Building sturdy block walls and structures for our Masons, with attention to both quality and safety.
- Assisting skilled workers, moving materials, and keeping the site organized if you join as a Helper or Laborer.
- Collaborating with team members and site supervisors to keep the project on track, whatever your role.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for people who can hit the ground running — but we’re also happy to teach and support those eager to learn.
Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience for your trade (AC Technician, Tile Worker, Plumber, Electrician, Mason, or Site Helper)
- Willingness to work on active construction sites, sometimes outdoors in varying weather
- Team spirit and a positive, can-do attitude
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on large or multi-site construction projects
- Basic English or Arabic communication skills
- Flexibility to support other trades as needed
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive daily or monthly rates, paid on time
- Overtime opportunities when the schedule calls for it
- Free transport to and from site locations
- On-site meals and refreshments during shifts
- Supportive team environment where everyone pitches in
- Clear pathways for advancement as projects grow
- Regular team check-ins and the occasional site celebration
At the end of the day, you’ll head home knowing you’ve helped build something real — and that you’re valued for what you contribute. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and join a team that’s going places, we’d love to meet you.
