What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are always met.
  • Conduct quantity surveying for accurate cost estimations, measurements, and progress billing.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Interpret design drawings and provide technical guidance to the site crew.

  • Prepare site reports, keep project documentation up to date, and communicate essential updates to management.
