What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are always met.
- Conduct quantity surveying for accurate cost estimations, measurements, and progress billing.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly.
- Interpret design drawings and provide technical guidance to the site crew.
- Monitor schedules, flag potential delays, and propose practical solutions to keep timelines on track.
- Prepare site reports, keep project documentation up to date, and communicate essential updates to management.
- Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting—no two days (or problems) are ever quite the same here.
