What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing on-site construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE, ensuring everything matches high-quality standards and specified designs
- Coordinating closely with architects, contractors, suppliers and government authorities
- Monitoring daily progress, troubleshooting any hurdles, and pushing projects forward to meet key milestones without cutting corners
- Reviewing structural plans, making sure they’re both buildable and compliant with all local safety regulations
- Managing materials procurement and site documentation—because a project is only as strong as its paper trail
- Conducting regular site inspections, quality checks, and safety briefings for on-site staff
- Providing clear updates and insights to senior management, flagging risks or opportunities for improvement
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years of hands-on civil engineering experience in the UAE (you know the local landscape and regulations like the back of your hand)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Confidence navigating and interpreting construction drawings, structural plans, and local code requirements
- Familiarity with site management, safety protocols, and supplier coordination
- The ability to communicate fluently in English (Arabic is a bonus)
- A collaborative, solutions-first mindset—because things rarely go exactly to script
