About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it would be like to launch your tech career in one of the world’s most innovative cities? We’re urgently hiring Computer Technicians in Dubai, and this could be your next big step — whether you’re just starting out or already have a bit of hands-on experience. This is your chance to join a diverse, fast-paced team where every day brings something new, and where your skills really matter.

About the Company

Picture a workplace where IT isn’t just a department — it’s the heart of the operation. Our company supports businesses across Dubai with everything from troubleshooting hardware to keeping networks running smoothly. We value quick learners, natural problem-solvers, and those who can keep their cool when the pressure’s on. You’ll find a team that celebrates wins together (yes, there might be cake involved), and where sharing knowledge is just part of the culture. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer hardware
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems and software for clients and internal teams
  • Providing friendly, clear technical support — sometimes in person, sometimes remotely
  • Setting up new workstations, networking equipment, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new users
  • Logging service requests and maintaining accurate records of repairs and solutions
  • Occasionally collaborating with team members on larger projects, like office relocations or major upgrades
  • Staying up-to-date with new tech trends and best practices — because in IT, there’s always something new

What You’ll Bring

  • A genuine interest in computers, technology, and helping people solve problems
  • Basic understanding of hardware components, operating systems (Windows, Mac, or Linux), and general troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills — you don’t need to be a poet, just clear and approachable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently, but also ask for help when needed
  • Nice-to-have: Previous internship or hands-on IT support experience
  • Nice-to-have: Any technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive basic salary: AED 5,000–6,000 per month
  • Visa sponsorship provided, as per UAE law
  • Company-provided accommodation and daily transportation — so you can focus on your work, not your commute
  • Welcoming environment for all nationalities and backgrounds
  • Opportunity to learn on the job and grow your skillset (mentorship is just a question away)
  • Supportive team culture — you’ll never feel like just a number
  • Real career growth potential as the company expands

We believe in rewarding hard work and helping you build a future, not just a job. If you’re ready to take your passion for tech to the next level, this is your invitation.
