What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding and recruiting Ethiopian job seekers interested in work opportunities in the Emirates
- Explaining subscription benefits and fees clearly, and supporting candidates through the domdom process
- Matching candidates to relevant jobs — think construction, finishing, warehouse, cafeteria, car wash, laundry, and more
- Liaising with employers and job seekers, following up on placement progress and paperwork
- Helping candidates understand visa requirements, fees, and what to expect when starting out abroad
- Proactively answering questions and easing concerns — you’ll be the candidate’s trusted point of contact
- Continually seeking new job opportunities and growing our network of employer partners
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication skills — Amharic essential, English/Arabic are a bonus
- Genuine empathy for job seekers and their unique journeys
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or job placement (formal or informal) is a plus
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills; every candidate’s story is different
- Comfort using messaging apps, mobile technology, and online resources
