About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined being right at the heart of Dubai’s thriving chocolate industry? Here’s your chance. We’re on the lookout for energetic and reliable individuals to join a bustling chocolate factory in Al Quoz, Dubai. Whether you love the care that goes into beautifully packed treats, enjoy the buzz of production, or take pride in keeping things running smoothly on the warehouse floor, there’s a place here for you. With steady work, free visa sponsorship, and a welcoming team, this is an opportunity to build a stable career (and maybe sneak a chocolate or two along the way).
About the Company
This isn’t your average factory gig. Step through our doors and you’ll be part of a close-knit, multicultural crew where people genuinely look out for one another. The leadership team believes in honest work, clear communication, and making sure everyone has a fair shot at success. Many of our supervisors started in entry-level roles, so upward growth is not just a buzzword here — it’s a real possibility. Expect a straightforward environment where small wins are celebrated (and yes, we do love an impromptu lunch when it gets busy).
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your skills and role, you’ll take on some or all of the following:

- Supporting the production line by monitoring the flow of materials and stepping in when something needs attention
- Loading and unloading trucks with raw materials or finished goods, keeping the warehouse organized and safe
- Sweeping, mopping, and making sure all workspaces and machinery are clean and ready to go at every shift
- Assisting supervisors during busy hours to help meet production deadlines
- Reporting any issues with materials or equipment to the right team members quickly
You won’t just be another cog in the system — you’ll help keep the factory’s pulse steady and strong.
