What You’ll Be Doing
- Executing high-quality blockwork, tile installation, plastering, concrete casting, and gypsum applications across multiple active sites
- Coordinating closely with our project managers to ensure work aligns with detailed plans and specifications
- Managing your team’s daily site activities, maintaining discipline, productivity, and a spotless safety record
- Proactively identifying and resolving site challenges — whether it’s a tricky corner or a tight deadline
- Maintaining clear, timely communication on progress, material needs, and any unforeseen issues
- Delivering completed work on schedule, ready for inspection and the next phase
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, hands-on experience in blockwork, tile work, plastering, concrete casting, and gypsum (with a portfolio or project list to prove it)
- Ability to mobilize a capable crew and resources rapidly — we need someone who can start ASAP
- Track record of adhering to project timelines and maintaining quality standards under pressure
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, safety protocols, and best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work in the Ras Al-Khaimah region or similar large-scale projects in the UAE
