What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the daily operations of block and interlock production lines — from mixing raw materials to carefully placing finished pieces.
- Safely moving, loading, and stacking heavy blocks with the help of equipment and plenty of teamwork.
- Following instructions from supervisors to help optimize workflow and maintain quality.
- Supporting machine operators by feeding materials, removing debris, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Keeping work areas tidy, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
- Pitching in with general labor tasks as needed — because some days, everyone lends a hand wherever it’s most needed.
