As our next Construction Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action—coordinating teams, materials, and timelines so that every build comes together seamlessly. If you thrive on fast-paced environments and take pride in seeing a well-run site, this might be your next great move.

About the Company

We’re a well-established construction firm with deep roots in the UAE—think of us as a tight-knit team where hard hats meet hearty laughs. Our projects range from sleek commercial spaces to innovative residential builds, and we’re known for our hands-on approach and commitment to quality. Here, Friday site walk-throughs are a weekly ritual, and you’ll find that everyone from junior engineers to directors pitches in when the deadline’s tight. Growth isn’t just a buzzword for us; it’s a promise we make to our people.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and your own crew to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Monitoring quality and safety standards, and troubleshooting issues before they become headaches.
  • Reporting project progress to senior management and flagging any potential risks early.
  • Rolling up your sleeves and stepping in wherever needed—whether it’s a last-minute delivery or a complex site query.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years’ experience supervising construction projects in the UAE.
  • Solid understanding of construction drawings, materials, finishes, and site requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills—planning ahead is second nature to you.
  • Confident communicator, both with your team and project stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Valid UAE driving license (a big plus for site visits and supplier runs).
  • Familiarity with local building regulations and standards.
  • Experience with digital project management tools.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary packages, paid on time—every time.
  • Supportive team culture where your voice matters (and your achievements get noticed).
  • Opportunities for career development—think onsite training, mentorship, and the chance to lead bigger projects as you grow.
  • Flexible approach to working hours; if you need to start early or finish late, we get it.
  • Company events and regular team lunches—we celebrate our wins, big and small.

This is more than a job site; it’s a place where you’ll feel valued, challenged, and part of a team that builds with pride. If you’re ready to bring your expertise and energy to our crew, we can’t wait to meet you.
