About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself mentally rearranging a room, imagining what it could be with just the right finishing touches? If you have a knack for interior fit-out and love seeing projects come to life across diverse settings, this role might just be a perfect match. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience to join our finishing team — someone who’s ready for the unique challenges (and rewards) of working across the vibrant Emirates of the UAE. If you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, travel between cities, and take pride in truly polished work, let’s talk.
About the Company
Step inside our offices and you'll notice right away — this is where ambition meets craftsmanship. Our roots run deep in the UAE’s booming interior space, specializing in commercial, hospitality, and residential fit-outs that never settle for “just good enough.” We’re a team of doers and problem-solvers who swap ideas (and occasional lunch recommendations) as easily as we swap out floor plans. We’re big believers in celebrating a job done well, be it over a team outing or just a round of sweets after a big handover.
Growth here isn’t a buzzword — it’s a shared goal. Whether you stay for the scale of projects, the variety, or the camaraderie, you'll find plenty of reasons to push your skills and help shape exceptional spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and delivering high-quality finishing and fit-out works for various interiors — sometimes hotels, sometimes sleek offices, sometimes retail stores.
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to keep projects running smoothly (and on schedule).
- Traveling to project sites across all seven Emirates — adaptability is key, and every day could bring a new skyline.
- Ensuring work is up to client and company standards — from material selection to the final inspection walk-through.
- Troubleshooting unexpected issues on site (you know, the ones that never appear on the blueprints).
- Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and plans with an eagle’s eye for detail.
- Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure expectations are met (or, if we’re lucky, exceeded).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing works — you know your way around joinery, partitions, painting, flooring, and the like.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work across all Emirates; being based in the UAE is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills — you can juggle priorities and emails with the best of them.
- Attention to detail that borders on obsessive (in a good way).
- Valid visa status (visit visa holders are welcome).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Comfortable with CAD drawings or site measurement tools.
- Arabic language skills or prior experience working in UAE’s multicultural environments.
- Familiarity with local suppliers and procurement processes.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary and allowances for travel between Emirates
- Supportive, close-knit project teams — you’ll never be just a “number”
- Opportunities for on-the-job learning and professional development
- Flexible approach to working across diverse sites and regions
- Celebratory team culture — whether we’re finishing a big project or just a busy week
- Chance to contribute to some of the most recognizable interiors in the Emirates
Here, you’re more than your CV — you’re a valued part of building something tangible, one project at a time. If you’re ready for a challenge (and a bit of adventure), you’ll fit right in.
