What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers with warmth—both in person and over the phone, making every interaction feel personal
  • Navigating questions, solving minor issues, and efficiently finding solutions or escalating when needed
  • Documenting customer requests and feedback accurately in both Arabic and English
  • Supporting daily office operations—think organizing records, updating spreadsheets, and coordinating with other team members
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of customer needs and sharing helpful insights with the team when patterns emerge
  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with total discretion
