What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting customers — in person, over the phone, or online — with questions, requests, or concerns
- Handling inquiries quickly and accurately, ensuring each customer feels understood and supported
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and follow up on outstanding matters
- Maintaining clear and detailed records of customer interactions
