About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the face and voice of a growing business hub right in the heart of Al Garhoud? We’re looking for a Receptionist who’s ready to blend classic customer service with modern digital flair—someone as comfortable greeting clients at the front desk as they are hosting a live stream! If you get a thrill from helping businesses thrive and don’t mind a little time in front of the camera, you might just find your next big opportunity here.
About the Company
Tucked into the dynamic business landscape of Dubai, our Businessmen Services Center isn’t your typical front-desk environment. We like to think of ourselves as connectors: where new entrepreneurs, seasoned professionals, and everyone in between come to get reliable support and creative solutions. Our team is close-knit and friendly (Friday afternoon coffee rituals are non-negotiable), and we’re quickly growing thanks to our reputation for personal service and innovative outreach—including a strong online presence that’s only getting bigger.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly welcoming visitors and clients, both in-person and online—first impressions matter here!
- Managing our company’s social media accounts with fresh content, timely responses, and the occasional behind-the-scenes glimpse.
- Appearing confidently on live video streams to promote our services, answer questions, and engage potential clients (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
- Handling basic administrative tasks—think scheduling, emails, and keeping our reception area polished.
- Bridging the gap between clients and our specialist teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Listening to client questions or concerns and pointing them in the right direction—sometimes a friendly face is all it takes.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
- Confidence and poise on camera—you’ll be our “live” host at times.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills (English essential; additional languages a plus).
- A naturally presentable, professional demeanor.
- Customer-focused attitude with a knack for solving problems.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with basic video editing tools or social media scheduling platforms.
- Experience in a receptionist, front desk, or client service role.
- Flair for creative content or marketing is always admired!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Fixed salary with an attractive commission—your energy and results are always rewarded.
- Prime location in Al Garhoud, easily accessible by public transport and close to Dubai’s business center.
- Supportive, upbeat team culture where new ideas are celebrated (and yes, live video nerves are normal!).
- Plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and pick up new customer service and digital skills.
- Comfortable, modern office with all the basics you need—and a few fun extras.
- Flexible approach to training, especially if you’re keen to expand your marketing or social media expertise.
We’re a place where personality is valued just as much as professionalism. If you love connecting with people, both face-to-face and on screen, we think you’ll fit right in.
