Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Representative, your primary focus will be on delivering goods promptly and securely throughout the designated Emirates. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Efficiently transporting products to various locations in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman according to scheduled routes.
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to meet customer expectations and uphold our company’s reputation.
• Maintaining proper documentation for each delivery, including invoices, receipts, and delivery confirmations.
• Providing courteous customer service by communicating professionally with customers during drop-offs and addressing any delivery-related queries.
• Safeguarding company assets, including the delivery vehicle, goods in transit, and communication equipment.
• Reporting any delivery issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly for quick resolution.
• Adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies throughout the delivery process.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Age between 22 and 33 years to fit operational requirements.
• Proven experience in a delivery or logistics role, with a track record of reliability and efficiency.
• Valid residency permit in the UAE that can be loaned, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
• Familiarity with the road networks of Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, and the ability to navigate efficiently.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
• Good communication skills in English or other commonly spoken languages in the UAE.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery targets.
