What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing, launching, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and more—wherever our audience lives online.
  • Digging into analytics dashboards to spot trends, monitor KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Managing media buying activities, negotiating placements, and ensuring our ad spend delivers real ROI.
  • Segmenting and targeting audiences for each campaign, always testing new approaches to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborating with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets that cut through the noise.
  • Keeping a close eye on campaign performance, making real-time tweaks to improve results.
  • Staying up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Reporting campaign results and sharing wins (and learnings) with the broader team.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of media buying, paid advertising, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Comfort with analytics tools (think Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • A creative mindset paired with a head for numbers—able to balance art and science.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
