What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting, scanning, and organizing documents (both digital and paper) so nothing gets lost in the shuffle
- Carefully entering important data into our secure company systems
- Assisting with preparing, updating, and archiving business files and records
- Helping colleagues track down needed documents—sometimes on short notice
- Ensuring all files are labeled and stored following company policies
- Supporting various departments with document-related queries in a friendly, approachable way
- Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Pitching in on miscellaneous admin tasks that help keep the wheels turning

- Basic computer literacy—you’re comfortable with MS Office and learning new systems
