About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to make a real difference in someone’s daily routine? We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Driver (with a 5-seater car) to join our team in vibrant Al Satwa, Dubai — or the nearby neighborhoods you already know like the back of your hand. This isn’t just a job behind the wheel; it’s about ensuring safe, comfortable, and timely journeys for our valued passengers every single day. If you take pride in your professionalism and know the city’s roads like a local, this could be your next great role.
About Us
We’re a close-knit team committed to providing reliable daily transportation services for ladies in the heart of Dubai and Sharjah. Our work culture is simple: professionalism with a personal touch. We value punctuality and respect, but we also believe in supporting each other — whether that’s sharing route tips over morning coffee or celebrating another week of safe arrivals on Friday evenings. Our friendly environment means you’ll never feel like just another driver; you’re part of the journey, too.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling daily pick-up and drop-off services for ladies, ensuring safety and comfort at every step
- Navigating efficiently across Dubai and Sharjah using GPS and your own local know-how
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with all passengers
- Keeping to a set schedule: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with punctuality as a top priority
- Conducting basic upkeep of your 5-seater car to ensure it’s clean, reliable, and ready for each shift
- Communicating promptly with our team in case of any unexpected delays or route changes
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE driving license and a reliable 5-seater car
- Own visa (mandatory for this position)
- Confidence using GPS and navigating Dubai and Sharjah’s roads
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus)
- Familiarity with Al Satwa and surrounding areas
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience as a private or corporate driver in the UAE
- Basic conversational skills in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu
- A knack for making passengers feel at ease
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 3,600 per month, paid reliably
- Additional daily provisions to keep you fueled throughout your shift
- Supportive team culture where your effort is noticed and appreciated
- Straightforward hours — no late-night surprises
- The satisfaction of providing an essential service to our community
- Work-life balance: predictable schedule, with evenings to yourself
- You’re not just a driver here; you’re a trusted partner in our daily operations
We know driving can be demanding, but here, you’ll find respect for your time and your role. If you’re ready for a steady, rewarding position with a human touch, we’d love to meet you.
