Looking for your next leadership role in construction? Here’s a chance to bring your electrical and plumbing expertise to the table with a Sharjah-based contracting company that prides itself on quality and craftsmanship. As our new Electrical and Plumbing Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring villa projects run smoothly—from the first wire to the last pipe, and everything in between. If reading blueprints is second nature and you enjoy the challenge of coordinating skilled teams on the ground, you might just be a perfect fit.
About the Company
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Al Majaz 2, we’re a hands-on contracting group recognized for building some of Sharjah’s most thoughtfully crafted villas. Our team is tight-knit and down-to-earth—you’ll always find someone ready to lend a hand (or a tool) when the pressure’s on. We believe that a sense of humor and mutual respect goes just as far on the job site as technical skill. While we’re proud of our growing client list, we’re even prouder of the reputation we’ve built for reliability and care in every project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising a team through every stage of villa electrical and plumbing installations
- Reading, interpreting, and executing from blueprints so nothing gets lost in translation
- Overseeing foundation work, pipe laying, wire pulling, and final fit-outs—ensuring all standards (and safety) are met
- Checking and closing electrical distribution panels, troubleshooting any last-minute issues that come up
- Coordinating schedules with project managers and reporting progress or delays
- Conducting quality checks at each stage to spot problems before they become headaches
- Lending real-time support and training to junior technicians when needed
- Communicating clearly with clients, engineers, and other contractors on site

- Strong communication and team leadership skills—people listen (and respond well) when you speak
- Familiarity with the unique expectations of clients and inspectors in Sharjah and the broader UAE market
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
