About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to see a city skyline evolve because of your work? As an Outdoor Elevator Sales Representative in Abu Dhabi, you’ll be right at the heart of urban transformation—connecting innovative elevator solutions with the people and projects that are shaping the UAE’s future. If you thrive on meeting clients face-to-face, enjoy the challenge of sales, and want to join a company that’s making vertical living smarter and smoother, this could be your next great move.
About the Company
We’re a specialist team dedicated solely to elevator technology—a niche, yes, but one with a huge impact on how people move and live. Nestled on Electra Street, our office buzzes with engineers, designers, and sales pros who genuinely care about service and safety. We’re not a massive corporation, but we punch above our weight with a reputation for responsive support and technical know-how. If you like a workplace where everyone knows your name (and maybe your favorite coffee order), you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing relationships with contractors, consultants, and property developers throughout Abu Dhabi.
- Visiting client sites (yes, you’ll be out in the field most days—no cubicle blues here) to assess needs and recommend tailored elevator solutions.
- Preparing and presenting proposals, following up on leads, and negotiating sales contracts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Staying current on product offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Collaborating with our technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and pipeline status using our CRM system.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 4 years of proven experience in elevator sales—this isn’t an entry-level spot.
- A Bachelor’s degree (field is flexible, but engineering or business is a win).
- Valid UAE driving license and your own private car—you’ll be on the move.
- Residency in Abu Dhabi with your own freelance or residence visa.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Existing network within the Abu Dhabi construction or property development sector.
- Technical understanding of elevator systems.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, commission-driven package—your results will be recognized.
- Flexible, field-based work—enjoy the autonomy to manage your schedule and meet clients where it matters.
- Supportive, close-knit team that values initiative and celebrates wins (big or small).
- Opportunities to grow into senior sales or technical roles as the company expands.
- Office on Electra Street—easy access, great coffee, and a lively atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a role with real impact, a supportive environment, and the chance to see your work reflected in Abu Dhabi’s skyline, this could be the perfect fit.
