About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking for a new challenge where you can put your sales savvy and technical know-how to work? We’re searching for a dedicated Salesperson and Architectural Engineers to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi — specifically at Capital Mall and our Mafraq Industrial Area factory. If you’ve ever pictured yourself helping shape the outdoor spaces of a rapidly developing city, this might just be your next big move. Here, you won’t just be selling interlock and terrazzo tiles; you’ll be connecting with customers and helping them bring their design visions to life.
About the Company
We’re a specialized manufacturer with deep roots in the region’s construction and design scene. Our team thrives on collaboration, a hands-on approach, and a shared passion for quality outdoor flooring solutions. You’ll often find us swapping project stories over strong coffee, or bouncing ideas around during our informal weekly brainstorms. Despite our steady growth, we’ve kept that close-knit, “everyone’s in it together” vibe—especially when it comes to supporting colleagues in the showroom or out at the factory.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding customers through our range of interlock and terrazzo tiles, whether on the showroom floor or at the factory.
- Listening carefully to clients’ needs, offering tailored recommendations, and sharing product knowledge in a clear, approachable way.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring each visitor feels welcome and understood.
- Hitting (and hopefully surpassing!) monthly sales targets, using your initiative and people skills.
- Collaborating with our technical and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met from first conversation to final delivery.
- Providing accurate quotes and following up on leads, both in person and over the phone.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor products, and sharing insights with the team.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong sales skills, ideally with experience in building materials or construction.
- Excellent communication abilities — you know how to listen, explain, and persuade.
- A results-driven mindset; you’re motivated by goals and enjoy a good challenge.
- Arab nationality (requirement for the role).
- Willingness to work on-site at Capital Mall and at our Mafraq Industrial Area factory.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with outdoor flooring products or architectural engineering.
- Comfort using basic computer tools for quotes and follow-up.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi market.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Accommodation provided — settle in without the stress of house-hunting.
- Company phone line and transportation, so you can focus on your clients, not logistics.
- Supportive, team-oriented environment where everyone’s voice is valued.
- Opportunity to grow with a company that’s respected in the industry and committed to employee development.
- Get hands-on experience in both a busy showroom and an active production site.
We know the work is demanding, but you’ll be joining a team that celebrates wins, learns from every project, and genuinely wants each member to succeed. If you’re ready for a role where your efforts are visible and appreciated, you might just find your place with us.
