About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered how you could play a pivotal role in connecting hardworking people with life-changing opportunities in the UAE? As our Employment Visa Specialist, you’ll be at the very heart of this mission—helping job seekers (often arriving from Ethiopia and beyond) secure legal work and brighter futures, while ensuring our clients get the helping hands they need. This isn’t just paperwork; it’s about opening doors, making a difference, and keeping the engine of hospitality, construction, and agriculture running smoothly.
About Us
We’re a UAE-based team passionate about bridging the gap between talent and opportunity. Guided by Xayiba, whose roots stretch from Ethiopia to the dynamic landscapes of the Emirates, we value integrity, transparency, and a real commitment to dignity in work. Our office is a lively place—conversations in multiple languages, a spirit of teamwork, and a shared pride in seeing lives transformed. Friday check-ins (with coffee—that’s non-negotiable!) are where we celebrate wins and tackle challenges together. We’re growing fast, and every new team member helps shape our culture.

- Advising job seekers on the various requirements and timelines, making the bureaucratic journey less daunting.
- Tracking application status and proactively resolving snags before they become issues.
- Collaborating with our operations team to ensure timely arrival and legal onboarding of recruits in roles like farm labor, construction, and more.
- Managing sensitive data with care and confidentiality.
- Occasionally recommending process improvements as laws and market demands evolve.
