About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how you could play a pivotal role in connecting hardworking people with life-changing opportunities in the UAE? As our Employment Visa Specialist, you’ll be at the very heart of this mission—helping job seekers (often arriving from Ethiopia and beyond) secure legal work and brighter futures, while ensuring our clients get the helping hands they need. This isn’t just paperwork; it’s about opening doors, making a difference, and keeping the engine of hospitality, construction, and agriculture running smoothly.

About Us

We’re a UAE-based team passionate about bridging the gap between talent and opportunity. Guided by Xayiba, whose roots stretch from Ethiopia to the dynamic landscapes of the Emirates, we value integrity, transparency, and a real commitment to dignity in work. Our office is a lively place—conversations in multiple languages, a spirit of teamwork, and a shared pride in seeing lives transformed. Friday check-ins (with coffee—that’s non-negotiable!) are where we celebrate wins and tackle challenges together. We’re growing fast, and every new team member helps shape our culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and overseeing the full employment visa process for international job seekers—from preparing documents to submission and collection.
  • Liaising with UAE government authorities, clients, and job seekers to ensure a smooth, compliant process (and keeping everyone in the loop!).
  • Advising job seekers on the various requirements and timelines, making the bureaucratic journey less daunting.
  • Tracking application status and proactively resolving snags before they become issues.
  • Collaborating with our operations team to ensure timely arrival and legal onboarding of recruits in roles like farm labor, construction, and more.
  • Managing sensitive data with care and confidentiality.
  • Occasionally recommending process improvements as laws and market demands evolve.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior hands-on experience administering or processing employment visas in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration regulations.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to handle a busy case load with grace.
  • Clear, compassionate communicator—especially when explaining complex procedures to non-native speakers.
  • Comfortable with basic financial tracking (we fund the process; you’ll help keep us accountable).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Additional languages (especially Amharic, Oromo, or Arabic) are a plus!
  • Previous work supporting recruitment for blue-collar roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM/database systems for applicants.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, prompt compensation (we know transparency matters).
  • Multicultural, mission-driven team—you’ll never feel like “just a number” here.
  • Flexible work arrangements (partly remote options once you’re settled).
  • Opportunities for growth as we expand our client base and services.
  • Supportive leadership—your ideas are genuinely welcome.
  • The rewarding satisfaction of seeing the direct impact your work has on lives.

Here, it’s not just about filling positions; it’s about building futures—one visa at a time. If you love process, people, and playing a meaningful part in a growing business, you’ll fit right in.
