What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to plan, design, and execute residential and commercial projects that leave a lasting impact on the Sharjah skyline.
- Reviewing and preparing technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications—whether you're civil, architectural, or electrical, your expertise will shape the foundation of our projects.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and troubleshoot unexpected challenges (because no two days are ever quite the same).
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to keep projects on track and within budget—clear communication is key.
- Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies; your fresh ideas are always welcome here.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related field).
- Proven experience in the real estate development sector or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong technical skills—familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; you know how to turn complex ideas into clear action plans.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice-to-Haves:
- UAE residency and prior work experience in Sharjah or the broader UAE market.
