About the Company
At Bawwabat Ajloun for Natural Stone & Marble, we’ve carved out a reputation for excellence — quite literally. Our team in Sharjah is a close-knit group of designers, artisans, and project managers who share a genuine enthusiasm for beautiful, functional spaces. We’re big believers in craftsmanship, collaboration, and a bit of friendly debate when it comes to design choices. Whether we’re sketching out ideas over coffee or celebrating a project launch, you’ll find we value both hard work and good humor. We’re growing steadily, and every new project brings a fresh challenge (and, to be honest, a little bit of friendly competition over who can come up with the boldest concept).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop original and inspiring interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects, with a focus on natural stone and marble applications.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations that help clients imagine what’s possible.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and the installation team to bring your designs to life — from initial sketches to final execution.
- Source materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with both the design vision and project budget.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design, stonework, and sustainable materials.
- Tackle challenges head-on — whether it’s a tricky floor plan or a tight deadline — and find creative solutions that impress both clients and colleagues.
