About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Do you light up when little ones start speaking their first English sentences? We’re looking for a patient, energetic English Language Teacher to join our nursery on Airport Road in Abu Dhabi. This is more than just a teaching job — it’s a chance to help shape young minds in their first years of learning and make language come alive in a warm, playful environment. If you’re passionate about early childhood education and ready for a role with real impact, we’d love to chat.
About the Company
Nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi, our nursery is a lively place where every day is different. Our team is a mix of experienced teachers, creative assistants, and support staff who genuinely care about each child and each other. We believe in gentle guidance, lots of laughter, and celebrating small victories — from learning to share to singing the alphabet song together. (And yes, we do love our themed dress-up days and fun craft sessions!)
Our approach is child-centered: we create safe, nurturing spaces where curiosity is encouraged and every child’s unique personality is welcomed. You’ll find us swapping ideas over morning coffee or planning our next puppet show — collaboration is part of our DNA.

- Collaborating with colleagues to organize special events, theme weeks, and cultural celebrations
- Managing classroom routines gently and consistently, keeping young learners engaged and happy
- Adapting lessons for individual needs, ensuring every child feels included and encouraged
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid residence visa for the UAE (please only apply if you meet this requirement)
- Fluent spoken and written English, with a clear and natural accent
- Previous experience teaching or caring for children under 5 years old (nursery, preschool, or similar)

- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Nice-to-Haves:
- Early childhood education qualification (CACHE, Montessori, or similar)
- Experience working in a multicultural setting
- Basic first aid training
Not sure you tick every box perfectly? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Friendly, supportive team who love to share ideas (and the occasional coffee treat)
- Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM — perfect for work-life balance
- Central location on Airport Road, easy to reach from across Abu Dhabi
- Opportunities for training and professional growth in early years education
- A chance to make a difference in children’s lives at their most formative stage
- Regular team-building events, birthday surprises, and celebration of cultural holidays
We know that teaching little ones is both a joy and a big responsibility — and we do our best to make sure our teachers feel valued, supported, and part of a true community. If your heart is in early education, you’ll feel right at home here.
