What You’ll Be Doing
- Assembling and breaking down event structures (think large tents, stages, seating arrangements, and eye-catching décor)
- Loading and unloading event materials and equipment — sometimes in the early morning, sometimes after sunset
- Teaming up with fellow crew members to move, lift, and organize heavy items safely and efficiently
- Following clear directions from supervisors to ensure every setup meets client specs and safety standards
- Troubleshooting on the fly and adapting when plans (or the weather) change unexpectedly
- Taking extra care to maintain all tools and equipment after each event wrap-up
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in event setup, general labor, warehouse work, or similar hands-on roles (preferred, but not required)
- Comfort with physical, occasionally demanding work — you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with the team
- Sharp attention to safety, both for yourself and those around you
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the flexibility to work irregular hours or weekends (events like to keep us on our toes!)
