About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever picture yourself behind the scenes where sweet scents and tempting treats are more than just an occasional delight—they’re what you create? If you’re curious about how your work could shape everything from bath bombs to bonbons, here’s your moment. A renowned cosmetics & confectionery factory in the UAE is on an urgent hunt for fresh team members across a variety of critical roles. Here, you’ll discover more than just a job—you’ll find a community where your contribution matters and your day-to-day is anything but routine.

About the Company

This isn’t your average production floor. Step inside, and you’ll find a bustling team that thrives on creativity, precision, and that unmistakable “factory buzz” when big orders go out the door. The leadership here takes pride in blending the artistry of cosmetics with the science of confectionery manufacturing—making everything from lip balms to lollipops under one roof. People tend to stick around (even past lunch break, once the sample trays come out), and there’s a camaraderie that comes from building things together in an environment that values effort, good humor, and learning on the fly.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Depending on the position, your day may include:

  • Factory Assistant:
Supporting various departments, replenishing materials, or lending a quick hand where it’s busiest. Every day is a little different.
  • Packing Assistant:
Preparing finished products for delivery—checking, packing, labeling, and making sure everything looks perfect for the customer.
  • Production Assistant:
Assisting in mixing, batching, or assembly processes; ensuring machines are stocked and floors stay spotless. Quality matters here!
  • Machine Operator:
Setting up, running, and maintaining automated production lines; troubleshooting minor hitches and keeping things moving smoothly.
  • Warehouse Assistant:
Receiving, organizing, and keeping track of inbound raw materials and finished goods. You’ll help keep the supply chain humming.
  • Warehouse Keeper:
Managing inventory, processing records, and overseeing the flow in and out of the warehouse—accuracy is your superpower.
  • Quality Controller:
Monitoring standards on the line, running checks, and logging inspection results. You’re the last defense before the product meets the world.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

  • Reliability, strong work ethic, and punctuality—production moves fast, and the team counts on each other.
  • Ability to understand and follow factory safety rules and procedures.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing hands-on tasks.
  • Basic communication skills (English preferred; other languages a plus).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, packing, or warehousing (but if you’re new, don’t worry—we’ll train committed candidates).
  • Knowledge of factory machinery or quality control processes.
  • Team player attitude and a knack for keeping things organized.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Free accommodation—save your earnings, skip the housing hunt, and focus on what matters.
  • Overtime opportunities during peak seasons (with fair compensation).
  • Supportive supervisors who notice extra effort and help develop your skills.
  • Team meals, seasonal goodies, and the occasional product sample (perks of the industry).
  • Growth opportunities—many of today’s floor leaders started in entry-level roles.
  • Diverse, welcoming staff where new faces become friends, fast.

Here, your dedication gets noticed, and your hard work directly shapes products people love. Whether you’re aiming to start a stable career or just eager to try something new, you’ll find plenty of reasons to feel at home.
