About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to work behind the scenes of the booming perfume industry in Dubai? As our new Administration, Order Fulfillment & Sales Executive, you’ll be the linchpin that keeps our fragrance business running smoothly—from the first customer click to the moment a package lands on their doorstep. If you thrive on organization and enjoy the buzz of both sales and logistics, this is a spot where your talents can truly shine.

About the Company

Nestled in the heart of Nadd Al Hamar, our team lives and breathes the art of perfumery. We’re a tight-knit group with a passion for crafting unique scents that make lasting impressions. While our growth is steady, our culture remains down-to-earth—think open conversations, plenty of laughter, and the occasional team debate over the best oud in our collection. Fridays? They’re made for sharing wins and previewing new blends together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing online and retail orders with an eye for detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Preparing, packing, and dispatching perfume shipments—no two days look quite the same!
  • Tracking parcels and keeping customers happily updated on their deliveries.
  • Handling a variety of admin tasks; your support keeps our day-to-day smooth.
  • Communicating with suppliers and courier partners to iron out any hiccups.
  • Assisting walk-in customers at our Dubai location and supporting B2B clients when needed.
  • Maintaining accurate sales and fulfilment records—a knack for neatness is essential.
  • Jumping in with sales support, whether that’s answering customer inquiries, following up on leads, or contributing to team targets.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)—clear communication is a must.
  • Previous experience in administration, sales, or order fulfilment roles.
  • Solid organizational skills; you keep track of details even on busy days.
  • Comfort with basic tech (order systems, MS Office, perhaps a little data entry).
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude—if you spot an issue, you fix it.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the perfume, beauty, or luxury retail sectors.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software or CRM systems.
  • Arabic language skills would be a welcome bonus!

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, with room to grow as the company expands.
  • Friendly, supportive team environment where your efforts are recognized.
  • Opportunities to learn about the perfume industry from the inside.
  • Flexible structure with occasional remote-work options possible.
  • Convenient Nadd Al Hamar location; no long commutes to distant business districts.
  • Employee discounts that make it hard to resist testing every new scent we launch.
  • Clear pathways for advancement—we invest in your development.

At the end of the day, we’re as much about people as we are about perfumes. If you’re looking for a place to belong, contribute, and see the direct impact of your work, you’ll feel right at home with us.
