Responsibilities

• Design and Tailoring: Create custom-fitted garments, including Abayas, Mkhawars, and wedding dresses, tailored to each client’s unique requirements and preferences.
• Precision Cutting: Accurately measure, mark, and cut fabrics, ensuring flawless construction and fit for every piece.
• Fabric Expertise: Work confidently with various textiles, from delicate silks and chiffons to durable cottons and blends, adapting techniques as necessary for each material.
• Collaboration: Consult with clients to understand their style vision, provide expert recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Alterations and Adjustments: Perform detailed alterations and finishing touches to guarantee impeccable fit and comfort.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship through meticulous attention to stitching, seam alignment, and overall garment finish.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current fashion trends and traditional styles to offer innovative design ideas and solutions.
• Workshop Maintenance: Keep the tailoring space organized, clean, and equipped with all necessary tools for efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Ladies Tailor or Master Cutter, with a proven portfolio of completed garments.
• Expertise in designing and constructing Abayas, Mkhawars, and wedding dresses.
• Advanced skills in stitching, pattern making, and fabric cutting with a dedication to precision and quality.
• Comfortable working with multiple fabric types, including experience with both Western and traditional Middle Eastern attire.
• Proficiency in Arabic or English to ensure effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and translate them into beautifully finished garments.
• A passion for fashion, creativity, and a commitment to continual learning and skill development.
