Are you an experienced electrician who’s curious about how things work behind the scenes in a bustling feed factory? Here’s your chance to join a close-knit team at a medium-sized operation where your hands-on skills and technical know-how will be put to good use. This isn’t just another maintenance role — you’ll be part of the heartbeat that keeps production running smoothly every day. Our team is practical, hardworking, and supportive — you’ll never feel like just a number here. We take pride in maintaining an environment where people look out for each other, and a sense of humor goes a long way (don’t be surprised if you get pulled into a friendly debate over the best way to fix a stubborn conveyor belt).

We’re steadily growing, but we haven’t lost that “everyone knows your name” atmosphere. There’s always something happening — from new equipment installations to the occasional company lunch after a job well done.

  • Keeping detailed maintenance logs and reporting any recurring issues
  • Occasionally assisting with machinery upgrades or factory improvement projects
  • Responding quickly to urgent maintenance requests — sometimes those surprise challenges are what keep things interesting!

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with film installation or similar mechanical work
  • Familiarity with safety standards and preventative maintenance routines
