About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself to be the go-to person when things need to get done — the one who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, all with a calm smile? If so, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. Our tight-knit office in Al Qusais, Dubai, is searching for a Female Administrative Assistant who brings positivity, order, and a sprinkle of can-do spirit to the everyday bustle. If you thrive in roles where your organizational talents and people skills truly matter, this could be your next perfect move.
About the Company
Here in Al Qusais, we’re a growing business that values hard work and real connections just as much as results. We know an office only runs smoothly when everyone has each other’s backs—so, yes, you’ll find colleagues checking in over coffee, not just emails. Our team is diverse, supportive, and always ready with practical advice or a quick laugh to brighten even the busiest day. We’re not a huge corporation, which means every team member matters, and your contributions will be noticed and appreciated.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors and ensuring everyone feels welcome from the moment they step in.
- Managing phone calls and email correspondence, keeping things efficient and professional.
- Organizing documents, keeping records in order, and updating files as needed.
- Assisting with scheduling, meetings, and the occasional team lunch (because who doesn’t love good food at work?).
- Supporting management with various daily tasks—sometimes routine, sometimes a little unexpected.
- Handling basic data entry and ensuring our systems stay updated and accurate.
- Lending a helping hand to colleagues who might need an extra bit of support with admin tasks.
- Coordinating with suppliers and service providers when things around the office need sorting.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Good communication skills—you can express yourself clearly and keep things running smoothly.
- Solid organizational abilities and an eye for detail.
- Basic computer skills (think: MS Office, email, that sort of thing).
- Valid UAE Residence Visa (or in the process).
- Availability for sponsorship transfer (ideal, but not a deal-breaker).
- Can start right away? That’s a big plus for us!
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in an admin or office support role.
- Some knowledge of office equipment like printers or scanners.
- A flexible approach to juggling tasks (because sometimes priorities do change).
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Friendly, collaborative team that values everyone’s ideas.
- Support for career development in a growing company.
- Convenient Al Qusais location—easily accessible by metro or bus.
- Opportunity for sponsorship transfer for the right candidate.
- A workplace where small acts of kindness and teamwork aren’t just buzzwords.
- Did we mention the occasional team lunch and workspace treats?
Here, your work will matter, and so will you. We’re excited to welcome someone who is not just looking for a job, but a team to grow with.
