What You’ll Be Doing
- Liaise with the local municipality to smoothly handle standard submissions and transactions—think of yourself as our ambassador for paperwork that matters.
- Prepare precise, detailed shop drawings when called upon (and yes, your attention to line weight and layout will be genuinely appreciated!).
- Step in for quantity surveying tasks, keeping project estimates accurate so surprises are happy ones.
- Keep a watchful eye on documentation, ensuring records are complete, organized, and ready when needed.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the office, sharing updates, ideas, and the occasional mid-afternoon snack.
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive office environment—no fieldwork or site visits required.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Strong organizational skills—the kind where you know exactly which folder has the answer.
- Experience with shop drawing software (AutoCAD, or similar) and quantity surveying basics.
- Confidence communicating with municipal authorities and colleagues—clear, polite, and persistent when necessary.
