About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself crafting authentic Arabic dishes in the heart of a welcoming Dubai family home? If you’re known for your culinary flair and take pride in creating warm, inviting spaces, this could be your next rewarding opportunity. We’re seeking an experienced female cook with a passion for Arabic cuisine—and someone who finds satisfaction in keeping things spotless and organized. Here, your skills won't just feed appetites, but also shape a comfortable, happy household.
About the Family
You’d be joining a lively, close-knit family living in Al Quoz—an area known for its unique blend of art, community, and tradition right in Dubai’s center. The household values reliability, mutual respect, and honesty above all. They cherish their family time, are particular about food (freshness and flavor count for a lot!), and appreciate someone who brings a bit of joy and pride to everything they do. Expect an open, welcoming environment where your hard work is noticed and your contributions truly matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare a wide variety of authentic Arabic dishes for daily family meals, from comforting classics to celebratory spreads
- Keep the kitchen spotless: manage cleaning duties after meal prep, organize pantries, and ensure food storage meets high standards
- Handle general housekeeping: sweeping, dusting, and ensuring living spaces are always fresh and tidy
- Take care of ironing and laundry with care—keeping favorite outfits looking their best
- Help coordinate grocery lists and ingredient planning with the family (a flair for remembering what’s running low is a huge plus!)
- Manage time efficiently and flexibly to fit in seamlessly with the family’s daily routine
- Occasionally assist with setting up for small gatherings or family events
