About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever wondered what it takes to become part of a warm, welcoming household in one of Dubai's most vibrant communities? We're a family based in Dubai Marina looking for a reliable and kind-hearted domestic helper to join our home — someone who takes pride in keeping things tidy and genuinely enjoys caring for a family's day-to-day needs. This is a full-time, live-in position with everything taken care of, so you can focus on doing what you do best. Whether you're an experienced housekeeper or just starting out, if you have a good heart and a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Family
We're a small, easygoing family living in a bright apartment in Dubai Marina — close to the beach, the tram, and all the little cafés and shops that make this area so special. Our home is calm, respectful, and built on trust. We treat the people who work with us like part of the family, because honestly, that's what you become when you share a home. We've had long-term helpers before who stayed with us for years, and we're hoping to find someone who wants the same kind of stability.
We're not a big agency or a faceless company — we're real people looking for someone real. If you're honest, dependable, and take joy in a clean, happy home, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping the apartment clean and organized — daily tidying, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and laundry
- Preparing simple, healthy meals for the family when needed (nothing fancy — just home cooking)
- Looking after the children when required — school pick-ups, playtime, and making sure they're safe and happy
- Running small errands nearby, like grocery runs or picking up deliveries
- Helping with general household routines so everything runs smoothly day to day
- Caring for our home the way you'd care for your own — with attention and respect
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A caring, trustworthy attitude and a willingness to learn
- Basic communication in English (enough to understand daily tasks)
- Ability to live in and be part of the household
- A valid visa or the ability to transfer — visit visa, cancelled visa, or own visa holders are all welcome
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience as a housemaid, cleaner, housekeeper, or nanny
- Experience with children
- Cooking skills (even simple dishes are a big plus)
Freshers are absolutely welcome to apply — we're happy to train the right person. Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Salary: AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month, depending on experience
- Visa provided — we handle the paperwork so you don't have to worry
- Free accommodation in a comfortable, clean living space
- Transport covered for work-related travel
- Annual leave so you can rest and visit family
- Medical insurance included for your peace of mind
- All nationalities welcome — we value diversity and kindness above everything
- Long-term stability with a family that respects and appreciates you
We know that a good helper is the backbone of a happy home, and we don't take that for granted. If you're looking for a place where you're treated fairly, paid on time, and genuinely valued, this could be the right fit for you. Come be part of our family in Dubai Marina — we're waiting to welcome you.
