About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to become an essential part of a family’s daily life—not just keeping a home running smoothly, but truly making a difference? We’re on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking housemaid to join our small household in Ajman Mwaihat. If you have a knack for housekeeping and love creating an organized, comfortable environment, this could be your perfect fit. Here’s your chance to work in a warm, bustling family with clear expectations, respect, and plenty of appreciation every single day.
About the Family
We’re a close-knit family of six: two grown-ups and four energetic children, aged 7 to 14. No babies or toddlers—just a lively household where laughter and sibling antics are pretty much guaranteed. Our home is cozy (just two bedrooms and a living room), so you’ll quickly get to know every nook and cranny. We believe in creating a respectful and supportive environment for everyone who joins our team, including you. If you appreciate open communication and a straightforward work routine, you’ll likely feel right at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the house clean and tidy each day—think dusting, sweeping, mopping, and making sure every corner feels fresh
- Handling daily laundry and ironing (crisp shirts and neat uniforms get a lot of love around here)
- Preparing simple, wholesome meals for the family—no elaborate dinner parties, just honest, home-cooked food
- Occasionally running small household errands, like picking up groceries nearby
- Helping to keep things organized—a place for everything, and everything in its place
- Being a reliable presence the family (and especially the kids) can count on
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in housekeeping—ideally in a family home
- Skills and confidence in cleaning, ironing, and basic home cooking
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions clearly
- Must currently be on a cancelled visa or visit visa (we’ll provide the residence visa)
- Trustworthiness, honesty, and a caring attitude toward kids
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with life in Ajman or a similar home environment
- An eye for small details and a knack for anticipating what needs doing
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Stable employment with a clear monthly salary of 1000 AED
- We handle all necessary visa sponsorship—your paperwork is taken care of
- A welcoming, family-like environment where you’re valued and your work matters
- No heavy lifting, childcare for infants, or unpredictable late-night shifts—just regular household routines
- Open, approachable employers who believe in fairness and respect
- Room for trust and long-term stability—we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of our daily lives, not just pass through
We know it takes dedication to keep a household humming. That’s why we make sure you’re not just another employee, but a true member of the family team. If this sounds like the kind of workplace you’ve been hoping to find, we can’t wait to meet you.
