About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined making a real difference in the everyday life of a happy, bustling family? We’re looking for a warm, attentive, and highly skilled Housemaid to help keep our cozy two-bedroom apartment in Al Taawun, Sharjah, running smoothly. With two lively kids and busy routines, we value someone who can be a trusted, dependable presence in our home — someone who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys bringing a bit of calm and shine to the day-to-day.
About the Family
We’re a cheerful, close-knit family of four (our little ones certainly keep things lively!). Home is our sanctuary — relaxed, welcoming, and always full of laughter. We believe in kindness, respect, and open communication. We hope to find someone who feels like part of the family estate, not just an employee. Our routines are regular, but our appreciation for thorough, thoughtful help is anything but ordinary.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping our entire home spotless — from the living room to the kids’ favorite play spots
- Maintaining excellent personal hygiene and ensuring shared spaces are always fresh and tidy
- Managing daily cleaning routines: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and careful kitchen tidying
- Occasionally assisting with light laundry and ironing for the family
- Supporting gentle organization and helping with storage around the apartment
- Preparing or assisting with simple, healthy snacks for the kids when needed
- Communicating clearly and kindly with us (parents) about household needs or special requests
- Creating a safe, warm environment for two energetic children
What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience as a housemaid, cleaner, or housekeeper — high standards are a must!
- English speaking skills and the confidence to ask questions if unsure
- Impeccable personal hygiene and presentation, both for yourself and your workspace
- Trustworthiness, punctuality, and a friendly attitude
- Respect for family routines and privacy
- Valid residency (please note: we are unable to provide a visa or sponsorship at this time)
Not sure if you check every box? We’d still welcome your message if you bring passion and honesty to your work.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED1200 per month, paid on time, every month
- Work in a respectful, caring home where your efforts are truly appreciated
- Direct communication and clear expectations — never guessing what’s needed
- Opportunity to become part of a warm, stable family environment
- Flexible, open communication: we value feedback and treat you with dignity
If you’re looking for a stable, positive role where you can feel valued (and maybe enjoy the sound of children’s laughter as you work), this is the place for you. We believe that a happy home starts with good people — and we’d love for you to join us.
