About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself navigating the vibrant streets of Dubai and thought, “I could do this for a living”? If you’re a responsible driver who takes pride in punctuality and safety, this might just be your next big move. We’re looking for a dedicated Driver to join our heavy equipment maintenance company in Al Nahda, Dubai. Your main mission? To ensure our skilled technicians get to job sites and back—safely, smoothly, and right on schedule. With a company car at your disposal and accommodation provided, this isn’t your average driving gig.

About the Company

We’re a growing team of specialists who keep Dubai’s construction and industrial sites running like clockwork. Our culture is built on trust, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose—every role, from technician to driver, is essential to what we do. You’ll often hear laughter in our break room (we take our coffee as seriously as our schedules), and we pride ourselves on supporting each other, whether it’s a tricky route across town or helping a new teammate settle in. In a city that never slows down, we make sure our people don’t get left behind.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely transporting technicians to and from various sites across Dubai, always aiming for punctual arrivals.
  • Waiting on-site while technicians complete maintenance tasks—think of it as dedicated downtime, with the company car as your office.
  • Navigating city routes efficiently to avoid delays, using your local knowledge or navigation apps as needed.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle—after all, first impressions count.
  • Communicating with the team about schedules, location changes, or unexpected delays.
  • Supporting a positive, solution-focused attitude when plans shift (as they sometimes do in this line of work).

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:
    • Valid UAE driving license with a strong track record of safe driving.
    • Your own residency status in the UAE (this is essential for the role).
    • Good knowledge of Dubai’s roads, shortcuts, and traffic patterns.
    • Reliability and punctuality—you’re the kind of person who’s always five minutes early.
    • A professional, respectful demeanor with team members and clients.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Previous experience as a company driver or in a similar transportation role.
    • Basic conversational English or Arabic to communicate with the team.
    • Familiarity with heavy equipment or industrial work sites.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-provided car—no need to worry about wear and tear on your own vehicle.
  • Comfortable staff accommodation included, so you can rest easy after a day on the road.
  • Stable, full-time hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, with your evenings free.
  • Friendly, supportive team that values every member’s contribution.
  • Opportunities to learn more about Dubai’s industries and grow within the company.
  • Regular team gatherings (and yes, there’s always good food involved).

We know that driving is about more than just getting from A to B—it’s about trust, responsibility, and being part of a team that counts on you. If that sounds like your kind of environment, we’d love to welcome you aboard.
