About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ready to Join a Warm, Welcoming Indian Family in Dubai?
Ever imagined what it feels like to truly become part of a family while working? We’re an Indian household in Al Karama, Dubai, searching for a young, energetic, and responsible Hindi-speaking housemaid. If you love kids and have experience managing toddlers and home life in the UAE, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for—especially if you’re looking for immediate work and a caring place to call home.
About Us
We’re a close-knit family who believes in trust, warmth, and making every member feel at home (yes, even our staff!). Our three-year-old daughter is cheerful and active, and we want someone who genuinely enjoys caring for young children — not just because it’s their job, but because it brings them joy. We keep our routines straightforward, but there’s always room for fun and those little family traditions—like celebrating birthdays together with homemade sweets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Caring independently for our 3-year-old daughter: Feeding, bathing, playing, and keeping her safe and happy
- Managing daily household chores: Cleaning, laundry, ironing, and keeping things organized
- Cooking simple Indian meals if needed (but don’t worry, we can help you get started!)
- Keeping the house environment warm, tidy, and cheerful
- Supporting family routines by running small errands or grocery shopping, as required
- Being a positive and dependable presence in our home
- Respecting privacy and understanding cultural sensitivities
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Experience as a housemaid or nanny in the UAE (preferably with toddlers)
- Only Hindi-speaking (this is very important for our communication)
- Young, slim, and presentable, as we need someone to keep up with our energetic child
- Willingness to live in 24/7 and treat our home as your own
- Ability to manage tasks independently, especially with our baby girl
- Trustworthy, reliable, and caring in nature
Nice-to-Haves
- Own visa is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with simple Indian home cooking
- Friendly, upbeat attitude — we always appreciate positivity!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Private, comfortable accommodation with your own space
- All meals provided, including your favorites from home
- Supportive, respectful family atmosphere where you’re valued
- No split shifts or frequent changes — routines are predictable
- Immediate start available — we handle onboarding quickly
- Chances to celebrate festivals and small family events together (think Diwali sweets, movie nights, or a special dish you’d like to cook!)
Above all, you’ll be joining a home where your contribution is appreciated, your input matters, and your wellbeing is respected. If you’re searching for stability, kindness, and a sense of belonging, this is just the place for you.
