About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about becoming an essential part of a family’s day-to-day life—and making a real difference in a beautiful Dubai home? We’re looking for a dedicated Housemaid/Nanny to join a welcoming household in the heart of Jumeira. If you’re experienced, caring, and ready to help shape a happy, safe environment for both kids and grown-ups, this might be the next chapter you’ve been waiting for. Sound like the right fit? Let’s share all the details.
About the Family
This isn’t just another job; it’s a chance to become a trusted member of a busy, modern family who truly appreciates hard work and kindness. Located in scenic Jumeira, their home blends warmth, routine, and plenty of laughter. The family loves home-cooked meals, tidy spaces, and seeing their little ones thrive. They’ve worked with housemaids and nannies before, so you’ll step into a supportive setup—think open communication, clear routines, and genuine appreciation for your talents.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the home sparkling clean and organized, whether it’s the children’s playroom or the kitchen after baking cookies
- Preparing meals the whole family will love, with an eye on nutrition and (sometimes) a sprinkle of fun
- Caring for the children—playing, reading, helping with routines, and always keeping their safety top of mind
- Managing laundry and ironing, making sure everyone has what they need, when they need it
- Supporting daily family routines, from the morning rush to winding down at bedtime
- Occasionally running errands if needed, or helping out with special events and celebrations
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a housemaid or nanny, preferably with references
- Strong skills in both cleaning and cooking (extra points if you love trying new recipes!)
- Confidence caring for children of various ages, with a friendly and patient approach
- Ability to speak and understand basic English for smooth communication
- Currently residing inside the UAE and ready for a new start soon
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in family homes in Dubai or the GCC region
- Ability to prepare dishes from different cuisines or cater to special dietary needs
- Willingness to occasionally adjust hours or duties during family events or holidays
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary of AED 2500 per month—paid on time, every time
- Free visa processing for peace of mind
- Comfortable shared accommodation close to the home
- Annual paid vacation to relax and recharge
- Supportive, kind employers who care about work-life balance
- A safe, respectful environment where you can grow your skills and become part of the family
At the end of the day, it’s about joining a household that respects and values the important work you do. If you’re ready for a rewarding role and a welcoming new “home away from home,” we hope to meet you soon.
