About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself wishing your work could feel just a little more like home? We’re urgently on the lookout for a kind-hearted and reliable Housemaid/Nanny to support our busy family in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai. If you have a knack for keeping things tidy, enjoy spending time with kids, and know your way around the kitchen, this role could be just what you’ve been searching for. With a competitive salary, room and visa provided, and the lively energy of Business Bay as your daily backdrop, it’s a chance to join a household that truly values what you do.
About the Family
We’re a close-knit family juggling work, school, and all the little adventures of daily life in Dubai. Our home is welcoming, lively, and fueled by plenty of laughter (and maybe a little bit of chaos!). We value honesty, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for children. Fridays are special for us—a time to unwind, and we make sure everyone in the house gets their well-deserved day off to recharge. Our previous helpers have become like extended family, and we're excited to welcome someone new into our circle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing family meals with care—think simple, healthy dishes rather than gourmet cooking
- Keeping the home fresh and tidy: daily cleaning, laundry, and light organizing
- Looking after the children (age-appropriate activities, playtime, school pickups if needed)
- Helping kids with routines (meal times, bath time, sometimes bedtime)
- Assisting with occasional errands around the house
- Being a supportive presence and helping the household run smoothly
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience as a housemaid, nanny, or in a domestic helper role
- Confidence in basic cooking for families (regional experience a plus!)
- Genuine love for children and a patient, playful nature
- Strong sense of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Currently residing in the UAE, ready for immediate start
- Willingness to work with respect and discretion in a private home
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with multicultural families or young children
- Ability to communicate in English (other languages welcome, too)
- Familiarity with Dubai’s neighborhoods and routines
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
