Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, your day-to-day activities will be varied and engaging. You will play a crucial role in supporting both HR and general office functions, ensuring that our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing HR Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR files, and confidential documents. Prepare employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork as required.
- Supporting Recruitment Processes:
Assist with job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Liaise with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Facilitating Employee Onboarding:
Organize orientation sessions for new hires, ensure all required paperwork is completed, and provide an informative and welcoming introduction to our team.
- Ensuring Compliance:
Monitor adherence to local labor laws and company policies, keeping all HR processes compliant and efficient.
- Coordinating Office Operations:
Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the office, such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, and ordering supplies.
- Assisting with Payroll and Benefits:
Provide support for payroll processing and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handling Employee Requests:
Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, leave, and other employment matters, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the role. The ideal HR Administrator will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Local Residency:
Currently residing in Abu Dhabi, with the ability to work on-site at our Najda St office.
- Experience:
Proven background in administrative or HR-related positions, preferably within a busy office environment.
- Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, with excellent writing and communication skills in both languages.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus.
- Attention to Detail:
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness in all administrative tasks.
- Proactive Attitude:
Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
