About the Role
As a vital member of our team in Abu Dhabi, you will play a key part in driving our business development and client relations forward. Based conveniently at MBZ near Mazyad Mall, you will support our dynamic transport company by managing a range of administrative and HR responsibilities. Your expertise will ensure that our daily operations run smoothly and that our workforce remains compliant, engaged, and aligned with the company’s vision for growth.
Responsibilities
In this multifaceted position, you will be entrusted with a variety of essential duties, including:
- Administrative Management:
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
- Transaction Follow-Up:
Liaise with official departments, government entities, and other organizations to track and process company transactions efficiently.
- Recruitment Support:
Coordinate the recruitment process from job postings and candidate screening to interview scheduling and offer letters.
- Onboarding Process:
Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and orientation procedures are completed.
- HR Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documents to meet legal and company policy requirements.
- Record Maintenance:
Systematically organize both digital and physical HR files, preserving confidentiality and ease of access.
- Client Relations:
Provide administrative support to the business development team, assisting in nurturing client relationships and following up on client needs.
- Operational Support:
Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and policies that promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Educational Background:
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional Experience:
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in administrative and/or HR roles, ideally within a service-oriented industry.
- Organizational Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Communication Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR management systems.
- Proactive Attitude:
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Integrity and Confidentiality:
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
