About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ready to Make a Real Impact as an IT Support Specialist?

Are you that go-to problem solver, the one friends and colleagues call when their tech goes haywire? If you thrive on troubleshooting, love helping people, and want to see the direct results of your work every day, you might be the IT Support Specialist we’re looking for. This is a chance to join a lively, fast-paced team right in the heart of Deira, Dubai — and yes, we’re moving quickly on this hire.

About Us

We’re an established company with deep roots in Dubai’s vibrant business community. Our team is a friendly mix of seasoned pros and fresh thinkers, all passionate about creating a workplace where support goes both ways. There’s always something happening here—whether it’s our spontaneous team lunches, collaborative whiteboard sessions, or the occasional “who can solve it fastest” tech challenge. We value initiative, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to support requests from staff, often acting as the first (and sometimes last) line of defense against tech troubles.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues—sometimes under pressure, always with a calm head.
  • Setting up new workstations, accounts, and devices so that new hires feel at home from day one.
  • Maintaining and updating our IT inventory, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.
  • Collaborating with other departments to assess their tech needs and suggest practical, user-friendly solutions.
  • Documenting processes, fixes, and recurring issues to help the whole team get better, faster.
  • Occasionally training non-tech colleagues—patience and empathy will serve you well here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience (3+ years) in IT support or a related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, hardware, basic networking, and common office applications.
  • The ability to communicate clearly, even when talking about complicated technical stuff.
  • A knack for staying organized and calm during those “everything’s down!” moments.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience supporting teams in a busy commercial environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud tools (think Office 365, Google Workspace) or basic server administration.
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 5000–6000/month, depending on your experience and skills.
  • Comprehensive health insurance, because your well-being matters.
  • 2-year residence permit — we’re in this for the long haul, and we hope you are too.
  • Career development: We encourage growth, offer mentorship, and cheer on internal promotions.
  • Supportive, diverse team culture—where everyone’s input is valued and good ideas really do get noticed.
  • A workplace right in Deira, with easy access to transport, lunch spots, and the pulse of Dubai.

We know that happy, supported people do their best work, and we’re committed to making sure this is a place where you can truly thrive. If you’re ready to take your IT support skills to the next level, we’d love to connect with you.
