About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you someone who takes pride in driving responsibly and knows the roads of Dubai like the back of your hand? We’re on the lookout for a Light Vehicle Driver who can combine safety, punctuality, and a friendly presence on the road. This isn’t just another driving job — it’s a chance to become a valued part of a team that truly appreciates reliability and professionalism. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be the trusted backbone behind seamless operations in a fast-paced city, this might just be your next journey.

About the Company

At our core, we’re a tight-knit group that believes every role plays a vital part in our shared success. We’ve grown steadily in Dubai by putting people first — whether that’s our customers, our partners, or our employees. Our mornings usually start with a quick catch-up over strong coffee, and our team chats are as likely to feature route tips as they are weekend recommendations. Here, everyone’s voice counts, and we’re proud of the way we support each other, both on and off the road. If you enjoy working in a place where respect and camaraderie are as important as efficiency, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Navigating Dubai’s streets to ensure prompt and safe transportation of passengers, packages, or documents.
  • Conducting regular checks and basic maintenance on your assigned vehicle to keep it in top shape.
  • Keeping detailed records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage (accuracy matters to us).
  • Following all UAE traffic laws and company safety policies — we don’t cut corners when it comes to safety.
  • Communicating with dispatch and team members to coordinate pick-ups, drop-offs, and last-minute changes smoothly.
  • Lending a hand during busy periods or special company events — flexibility is always appreciated.
  • Offering a courteous, professional attitude that reflects well on our team at every stop.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid UAE light vehicle driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Solid knowledge of Dubai’s roadways, landmarks, and traffic regulations.
  • Good communication skills — you’ll interact with colleagues and customers alike.
  • A track record of punctuality and reliability (we really notice when you’re the one everyone can count on).
  • Physical ability to manage occasional lifting or loading tasks.
  • Professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience as a professional driver in the UAE.
  • Basic vehicle troubleshooting know-how.
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation or dispatching apps.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive starting salary of AED 3000 per month.
  • Benefits as per UAE Labor Law, so you’re covered from day one.
  • Supportive, respectful team culture where drivers are recognized — not just another number.
  • Regular, predictable shifts with time for life outside work.
  • Opportunities for growth and additional training (if you want to expand your skills, we’re all in).
  • Open communication — management is approachable and always ready to listen.
  • Occasional team get-togethers and recognition for a job well done.

We believe every journey should be safe, efficient, and a little more enjoyable — for you and for those you drive. If that sounds like your kind of road ahead, we can’t wait to meet you.
