Responsibilities

As our Marketing Officer, you will play a central role in elevating the Innovative Home Spa brand across Abu Dhabi and beyond. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the wellness and therapeutic sector, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Creating compelling content for digital campaigns, print materials, and promotional activities that resonate with our target audience.
• Managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels, to engage new and existing clients.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including service providers and management, to plan promotions, events, and community outreach efforts.
• Analyzing market trends and client feedback to refine campaigns and introduce innovative approaches that set us apart in the wellness space.
• Monitoring and reporting on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and drive client growth.
• Building relationships with local influencers, wellness partners, and industry stakeholders to expand our network and amplify our message.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for wellness. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Female applicants only (as per business requirements).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the wellness, beauty, or therapeutic services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to devise and implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content creation, and social media management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment and evolving market trends.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce engaging, on-brand content.
